After a lot of work we finally got the new website up and running.
In the time to come I will post a lot of interesting articles and guides on this website, discussing how to best cure snoring once and for all (as some of you might have realized, it can be a bit tricky, but only if you’re taking the wrong approach).
I know that there are a lot of other websites out there claiming to know the perfect universal cure for snoring, but the truth is, that there is no such thing, or at least not yet.
All snoring cures and treatments work differently depending on the person, so rather than just praising one cure or treatment over the other, I will make a systematic approach to the problem so that you don’t have to try all the socalled “snoring cures” that I could already tell you would not work before you had even tried them.
I’d love to hear from you, so please feel free to drop a comment below.

I have snored seems all my life, well since i was about 20 im 51 now oh and by the way female which makes it worse. I am about 2 stone over weight. I have given up smoking to see if this will help only in the early stages yet so not sure of the outcome, any advice
My husband of 28yrs is the worst snorer – honestly. He will start with loud breathing, progressing to a loud snore that would easily keep the neighbourhood awake. So you can imagine what its like for me – being in the same bed! Most nights i actually end up sleeping on the couch out of sheer desperation & frustration. I think if i didnt leave the bedroom i would have ended up smothering him with a pillow by now! And he doesnt just snore when he is laying on his back – i can give him a jab in the ribs, he’ll turn on his side – and continue to snore! As i suffer a chronic illness i REALLY need my sleep – if i dont get a decent sleep i’ll suffer for days.. Does anyone have any suggestions that dont cost the earth as we are on a pension, therefore have very little money to spend on anything but necessities. HELP!!!!
hi,
i have facing the snoring problem and presently problem become severe.
i very easy fall in sleep. and even during my travelling . i felt embarase when some one pointed out that stop your snoring.
please help me…..
please help. my snoring is driving my husband crazy. i know he is making a joke about my snoring but deep inside i know it is affecting him I easily fall asleep. the moment i lay down, i start snoring. sometimes i even hear my last snore when i wake up. and my snore are loud.
I can relate to everyones snoring story, my poor sleeping partner! I have constant sinus pressure, headache and swollen glands. what do you suggest I do? P.S. I sleep on my side.
Interesting theory, although I doubt this would work (I was hoping someone would post their experience trying this). Wouldn’t that be funny if insurance companies mandated this as a first step to sleep apnea before CPAP? I can just imagine the looks on those patients’ faces! Priceless….
Wow…. Amazing in turn.. Many appreciation
