They may often snore so loud that they wake themselves up, and then feel very groggy the next day and not being able to concentrate. They may even almost fall asleep while they are at their places of work. This may sound like a major problem, but a new study has indicated that there could be even more severe problems related to snoring. In fact, new studies suggest that snoring could increase your risk of developing heart disease and other health problems down the road.

In this study, researchers at the University of Pittsburgh asked over 800 people between the ages of 45 and 74 about their sleep quality. After three long years, the people whom reported that they snore loudly while sleeping were more than twice as likely in opposed to people that do not snore loudly to have metabolic syndrome, which is a cluster of risk factors for heart disease, diabetes, and stroke that includes high blood pressure, high blood sugar, low cholesterol levels, high triglycerides, and excess fat in their stomach.

People who reported having trouble falling asleep or who woke up feeling groggy, or like they did not have a good night’s sleep occurring at least three times per week were about 80 percent, and 70 percent more likely than quiet sleepers to develop three of more of the risk factors listed above. In other words, if you have a snoring problem, it could have a major negative impact on your life. Therefore, you should get treated right away.

If you have any comments about this post, please leave them below in our comments section. href="http://sleepsurgery.ucsf.edu/surgical-treatment-overview/palate-procedures/pillar/">the Pillar Procedure, which is a minor procedure that can be done in your doctor’s office in about 20 minutes using a local anesthetic. However, it should be noted that not every patient is ideally suited for the procedure, and there some minor risks.

The procedure involves surgically implanting several (three to five) polyester rods into the soft palate. Each one measures 18 millimeters in length (just under an inch) and 1.5 millimeters in diameter. They are placed parallel to each other in the soft palate. The subsequent healing process and the body’s natural response to the implants stiffens the soft palate over a period of two to three months. This reduces the relaxation of the tissues, thereby reducing or eliminating snoring. The Pillar Procedure is used in the treatment of mild to moderate OSA as well as chronic snoring.

If you or someone you know has had this procedure, please let us know whether the treatment was successful and whether you would recommend it to others that suffer from OSA or a chronic snoring problem.

How is Your Sleep?

Stop Snoring

causes of snoring

cure snoring

sleep apnea

snoring

snoring cause

snoring causes

snoring cure

snoring cures

snoring news

snoring remedies

snoring treatments

other health issues.

OSA has been linked to other problems, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes, and weight gain. In addition, people that are obese are more prone to the problem. Leaving the condition untreated gives someone a higher risk of these health complications. If you or your mate is a chronic snorer, it is advisable to visit your medical practitioner in order to determine the cause of your snoring. There are treatments available for snorers of a light variety as well as the chronic snorer.

If you feel tired every day, get easily fatigued, have irritability each day, or have to stay in bed more than eight hours every day in order to get your sleep, it’s time to visit your doctor. Although a lot of people discount snoring as being nothing unusual, it can be a sign of bigger problems. Share your experiences with the rest of us <a

That it all it takes to stop snoring.

Which one would you pick?

However, this is often easier said than done, as this block can be located at more than a few places. And to make it even worse, you might have more than one block.

My point is that if you are just trying different snoring cures randomly, that chances that you “win the snoring lottery” are pretty slim. This is the number one reason why so many fail to stop snoring.

I’m sure you’re wondering how you can identify these snoring blocks, and with 100% confidence select only the cures that are targeting your type of snoring.

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to do this by the click of a button?

Of course, it would, but I’m afraid you would have to do a little more than just pushing a button. On the other hand, I know a foolproof way to identify your snoring blocks with pinpoint accuracy in less than 7 minutes.

That’s not long compared to the time you might have spent trying to find the perfect snoring cure.

So What’s The Solution?

I have recently released a tool that you can try for free, that I call the “snoring diagnostics tool”. It is fully automated and just be answering a few simple questions and doing some easy self-assessments, you will get a list of highly targeted and effective snoring cures that you can apply already today.

You can access the tool and also receive some simple tips on how to greatly reduce the effect of your snoring already tonight, by going to the following page and enter your first name and email:<br
